Requirements:

  * FreeBSD latest stable
  * Postgres newest stable
  * nginx newest stable
  * memcache newest stable
  * munin-node (csutil1.cs.wpi.edu or lucien.cs.wpi.edu is master)
  * nagios client
  * No SSH from offcampus
  * RUBY 1.8.6-newest hand compile and place in /usr/local/ruby-1.8.6-XXX
  * email must function
