===== Fuller a24 Rack Cabinet 1 Contents and setup =====

  * To the right is [[fla24_cabinet2]].
  * This Cabinet contains the NetOps [[netops-infra-fla24#ports_on_netops_switch_fl-a24-1|SW-FLA24-1]] switch, which serves this cabinet and cabinet 2.
  * This cabinet is served by the power strips [[machine_room_pdu#rack_cabinet_1|cab1left.cs.wpi.edu and cab1right.cs.wpi.edu]].
  * A pair of **new** tripp-lite PDUs were installed in this cabinet (as you look into the back of the cabinet): cab1[left,right].cs.wpi.edu.  These PDUs are only accessible via SSH.  They were installed in December and January of 2017/18.

Cabinet 1 is the leftmost of the three rack cabinets in FLa24 and contains for the most part Asssistments hardware.

The APCRPC117 battery formerly in Rack1-U01/02 (sn 7a1823L16451)had been installed
there on 25 September 2018. It seems HIGHLY LIKELY that this battery is still good;
perhaps that could go into Rack1-U05/06?

Batteries for the 1-battery X3000 units APCRBC117.  Each X3000 has a 
2-battery add-on unit, which takes two APCRBC118s, which have a power
connector at the REAR of the battery, and not at the front.  To entirely
replace all the batteries in ONE of the two UPS units serving this
cabinet, you will need to purchase one RBC117 and two RBC118s.
