Requirements:
- FreeBSD latest stable
- Postgres newest stable
- nginx newest stable
- memcache newest stable
- munin-node (csutil1.cs.wpi.edu or lucien.cs.wpi.edu is master)
- nagios client
- No SSH from offcampus
- RUBY 1.8.6-newest hand compile and place in /usr/local/ruby-1.8.6-XXX
- email must function
