Network (DOS) Boot Floppy
Where to get it, how to prepare it.
Where
The floppy can be downloaded from http://www.netbootdisk.com/. Always use the newest copy, as it will be most likely to work with new machines.
How
Follow the directions to make the disk. Then boot the disk and add CS LMHOSTS entries (consider explaining how, Mike).
Once the lmhosts are added, consider write-protecting the floppy. You'll need to nu-protect it to swithc it between DHCP and static network configuration, but 80% of the time you'll be using it in DHCP mode so you won't be inconveniencing yourself too much and the disk will be a smidgen safer.
